Guided Healing Meditation Donation Based

In these meditation sessions, you'll embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner healing. Guided by Guille (Gheejay), who will utilize Reiki energy to facilitate the healing process, these sessions offer both a meditative experience and a chance for personal growth. After each meditation, Guille provides a space for questions and offers intuitive guidance.

Throughout the sessions, you will engage in various effective techniques, including grounding, chakra meditation, visualization, mindfulness, and Buddhist healing meditation. These methods are designed to help you transcend your current situation and connect with your deeper self.

These sessions provide an opportunity to expand your consciousness, awaken your inner healing powers, and explore your potential for personal healing and growth. This journey is not just about self-discovery, but also about developing compassion and a deeper connection with both yourself and the world around you.

We will provide a chair to sit in and hot tea. It can get chilly in our outdoor space so we recommend layers. Adults only (18+) thank you. Donation is on a sliding scale to accommodate as many people as we can while encouraging those who register to attend. Please arrive at least ten minutes before it starts, we start promptly at 11am and cannot let anyone in after that time.
