Healing & Meditation Practice: Harnessing Gratitude

This Reiki Healing Meditation session lead by Reiki Master/Teacher Guille ("Gheejay") Neal is all about harnessing gratitude. Gratitude acts as a powerful disruptor, intercepting negative thought patterns that often spiral into unproductive and disheartening cycles. Through engaging exercises, guided meditation and insightful discussions you will experience the opportunity for deep healing and stress relief and leave with a deeper sense of contentment and happiness.  We will provide the chairs, blankets and hot tea; the event is held in our private outdoor but covered workshop space so we advise that you dress warmly if the weather is cool.
